    • Undermount Cupboard Rangehoods
    • Island Rangehoods
    • Polar Island Rangehoods
    • Ceiling Cassette Rangehoods
    • Parra Cassette Rangehoods

Wall Canopy Rangehoods

Wall canopy rangehoods are the most widely used style of rangehood available. They do not require cabinetry to conceal the internal components, which can often enhance the overall aesthetic of the kitchen when selected and installed properly.

Benefits of wall canopy rangehoods include:

  • Increased coverage over the cooktop, leading to improved performance.
  • They serve as an attractive feature within the kitchen design.
  • Future interchangeable options without the need to reconfigure cabinetry.

Undermount Cabinet Rangehoods

Undermount cabinet range hoods are increasingly popular due to their ability to be integrated seamlessly into kitchen cabinets, providing a tidy and streamlined appearance. Although these range hoods are typically installed lower than standard wall-mounted canopies, it is crucial to position them as far forward as the cabinets allows. This alignment ensures that all burners on the cooktop are effectively covered by the range hood, rather than just the front row.

Benefits of undermount rangehoods include:

  • Their ability to be integrated seamlessly into kitchen cabinets
  • A variety of styles and options are available.

Kitchen Island Rangehoods

Where cooktops and ovens are installed in a kitchen Island, the rangehood must descend from the ceiling above. Island rangehoods can provide a striking feature in a build, as the island bench is often central to a space, and therefore so is the island rangehood.

Home Venting Solutions can install every brand of island rangehood we have a great deal of experience in installing and ducting these units to provide a seamless finish and an effectively functioning unit.

Benefits of island rangehoods include:

  • Installed to the complete center of the cooktop, leading to improved performance.
  • Can be mounted to a celling when there is no wall available or use also as a center piece feature
  • Future interchangeable options without the need to reconfigure cabinetry

Polar Island Rangehoods

Polar or cylinder-style island range hoods are becoming increasingly popular and provide a modern aesthetic for your kitchen. Due to their narrow shape and size, we recommend installing two units’ side by side to ensure efficiency in removing smoke and steam generated during cooking. These range hoods require careful planning, so please contact our team before making a purchase. We are here to assist you in planning your polar island installation, ensuring the best outcome for both you and your kitchen!

Benefits of polar island rangehoods include:

  • Installed to the complete center of the cooktop, leading to improved performance.
  • Can be mounted to a celling when there is no wall available or use also as a center piece feature
  • Visually they look unique to any other rangehood on the market

Cassette style Rangehoods

When cooktops are installed in a kitchen island bench, the rangehood must be positioned from the ceiling above. A cassette-style rangehood can serve as a striking feature in your kitchen design, providing a seamless finish as it is integrated into the ceiling space rather than hanging down.

These rangehoods require careful planning. Therefore, we encourage you to contact our team before making a purchase. We will conduct an inspection of the roof space to identify any structural timbers that may obstruct installation, ensuring that there is sufficient room for both the unit and the venting system, another important factor is the celling height, these rangehoods have a manufacture recommend operating height which must be taking into account.

Benefits of cassette style rangehoods include:

  • Installed to the complete center of the cooktop
  • Can be mounted to a celling when there is no wall available or use also as a center piece feature
  • Visually they look unique to any other rangehood on the market
